A | 昨天，位于浙江杭州桐庐高速服务区（南北两侧）的重卡充电站正式投入运营。该站由国网杭州供电公司所属杭州市新能源汽车服务有限公司与国网浙江电动汽车有限公司投资建设，单侧各配置5台400千瓦双枪大功率充电桩，南北两侧合计20把充电枪，可同时满足10辆新能源重卡的充电需求，是目前浙江省内高速服务区中规模最大的重卡充电站。常年在桐庐、建德与杭州主城区之间跑货物运输的新能源重卡司机朱师傅当天喝上了“头口水”，他告诉记者，自己的车满载情况下大概能行驶170公里，“以前运货跑高速总担心电量不够，面临下高速找桩的困扰，现在心里可踏实多了。”数据显示，今年上半年，全国新能源重卡累计销量约14万辆，同比增长77%。面对重卡电动化转型趋势，国网杭州供电公司提前布局并持续完善重卡充电站网络建设，针对重卡充电“单桩功率高、单站容量大”特点，累计服务杭州全市建成33座重卡充电站、682个大功率充电枪。据介绍，这次投运的重卡充电站单个停车位约90平方米，是普通小车位的6倍多，既要保证重卡出入安全，又要减少对小车停放的影响。项目团队在保障服务区正常运营的前提下，反复协调出入口设计、场地选址，并优化供电方案，制定分段施工计划，确保建设期间该充电站“不停电、服务不打烊”。

But opinion polls suggest that the amendment will be rejected as more than four-in-five referendums have been in the past.Australians are being asked to alter the constitution to recognize the “First Peoples of Australia” by establishing an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.The committee comprised of and chosen by Indigenous Australians would advise the Parliament and government on issues that affect the nation’s most disadvantaged ethnic minority.Indigenous Australians account for only 3.8% of Australia’s population. But they die on average eight years younger than the wider population, have a suicide rate twice that of the national average and suffer from diseases in the remote Outback that have been eradicated from other wealthy countries.Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, a leading Voice advocate, cited the Israel-Hamas war to underscore why Australians should vote “yes” out of kindness toward the Indigenous population.“This week of all weeks where we see such trauma in the world, there is nothing — no cost — to Australians showing kindness, thinking with their heart as well as their head, when they enter the polling booth tomorrow and vote ‘yes,’” Albanese said.“Kindness costs nothing.
